Here is a 1972 oldsmobile 4-4-2. My aunt was the original owner and has beenkept in the family. It is not a clone or tribute, but an original 4-4-2. However, there is no build sheet for this car. The numbers on the (455) enginematch the vin. The remainder of the car is original with exception to the paint, hood and w-30 air intake. The engine was rebuilt at 0 miles when the odometerturned. This car is a driver, it looks great and gets plenty of attention. Itcould make a long distance trip on its own. The sound system is separate fromthe original am/fm radio. The radio is no connected but worked when it wasunplugged. The antennae for this car is in the window glass. All of the speakersare installed at original housings, nothing has been carved up on the interiorfor speakers. This car will sell when paid in full. I would prefer to sign thetitle over in ohio. 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass Hurst Olds Indianapolis 500 Pace Car. In total 629 pace cars were built and only 220 with power sunroof. It has 87347 actual miles and was completely restored in 2006. We have the receipts for the engine build. These cars were a 390 H. P. 455 with an automatic with his and her shifter. Paint work is excellent, no signs that the car has ever been wrecked and is absolutely rust free. Paint and all decals were restored. The decals are all correct and yes these cars did use decales not paint. Interior appears to be original and nice. The drivers seat has wear on the upper part of the seat back. Dash and steering column are very nice it has had an aftermarket radio installed and a temp gauge, however the original temp light works. History: “the oldsmobile 4-4-2 (also known as the 442) is a muscle car that was produced by oldsmobile. Introduced in 1964 model year as an option package for us-sold f-85 and cutlass models, it became a model in its own right from 1968 to 1971, then reverted to an option through the mid-1970s. The name was revived in the 1980s on the rear-wheel drive cutlass supreme and early 1990s as an option package for the new front-wheel drive cutlass calais. It was originally written "4-4-2" (with badging showing hyphens between the numerals), and remained hyphenated throughout oldsmobile's use of the designation. Beginning in 1965, the 4-4-2s standard transmission was a 3 speed manual along with optional 2 speed automatic or 4 speed manual, but were still badged as "4-4-2"s. It has a 350 rocket engine with high performance parts like carb, newer brake system and suspension, newer ball joints and control arm, everything has been gone through on this one! It also has 24 asante wheels that are color matched to the tangerine orange candy paint job. The interior is all re done including a digital dash. The previous owner of the vehicle quoted 1200 miles on the vehicle after redoing it. Adi autosport is clearing out all hail inventory.
1972 oldsmobile cutlass455 prochargedthis is a new car that was built around 6 years ago. The car was originally built with a holley fuel injection throttle body, but it couldn't keep up with the supercharger so it was disconnected. The car was driven approximately 200 miles in the last 6 years, and garaged the entire time. The customer has over $70k receipts for the build, but has decided to sell it. We removed the holley pro-jection and installed a quick fuel tech 850 blow through carb with a rising rate aeromotive regulator and that solved the fuel problem allowing the car to make 550 wheel horsepower on 91 octane fuel reliably! The car is incredibly nice! The color is 1969 chevrolet daytona blue. The interior was done similar to original but was done with black leather and suede inserts with blue piping. The car does have a sunroof, but it was done very well and isn't one of those cheap pop-up roofs. This was a very expensive power sunroof with moon roof as well. The suspension is hotchkiss. The rear end is a custom built 12 bolt with wilwood disk brakes. The front also has larger wilwood disks as well. The car has nitto tires all the way around with drag radials on the rear all on 18" american racing 5 spokes. The body and paint on this car is excellent. There is no rust anywhere visible on this car, including underneath. It cost over $70k to build. The customer is needing to sell badly so this is going to be an amazing car for someone for much less and still be a brand new build! We can also arrange shipping to anywhere in the world.
