Up for auction is a 2013 bmw 650ix in absolutely flawless condition. I am incredibly busy, so to cut down on questions, and to answer all that i would want answered if i were considering the purchase of a car perhaps sight unseen, i am going to give an exhaustive description of the car. I am a 49 year old physician in denver colorado and an absolute german car fanatic. I am that guy who parks way in the back of parking lots to prevent anyone from parking next to my car. I am that guy that drives my wife's bmw x5 to dinner because i don't like valets parking my car. I am that guy that has never been through an automated car wash. I am that guy that hand washes his car and changes my oil 1000 miles before its due. It was traded in at 11k miles on a panamera turbo. I bought it because previous to owning it, i owned a bmw m6 gran coupe, but with a dinan tune (and it only being a rwd car) it couldn't lay down all that torque. I spoke with the master tech at paddock imports who said a awd 650ix with a dinan tune would actually make more torque than an m6. So i set out to find one. I found this one in flawless condition and was able to speak with the previous owner, who was a retired pilot. Perfect, i found my car. Well--after years of wanting one, and saving for one, and dreaming about one, i decided to chase a dream for my 50th birthday. I a bought a porsche 911 turbo that i found in va. It is on it's way to me as we speak via carrier. This car is in flawless mechanical condition. I only allow one master tech at paddock imports to work on it and he has an "open credit card" policy. It recently had a synthetic oil change, so it doesn't even need that. It doesn't leak one drop of oil or have a single gadget that doesn't work. I have all records dating back to 11k miles when i bought it. I have the previous records from the dealership as well. Dinan modifications: the car has 10k worth of dinan upgrades to include stage ii software upgrade, intercoolers, and exhaust. The result is an amazing car that is waaaaay faster than the stock m6 i had prior to it. I have all receipts for the dinan upgrades. The total was $9,800. M6 wheels: after the dinan modifications, i scrapped the stock wheels and ordered m6 wheels from the dealership. The wheels alone were $6800 and then i wrapped them in michelin pilots which cost another $1800. The tires are like new with 2100 miles on them. The wheels don't have a single ding, dent, or nick anywhere on them. I wax them monthly with wolfgang wheel wax. Shadowine trim: the stock 650ix comes with chrome trim, so i had ralph schomp (local bmw dealer) order me the shadow line trim, which cost $3500. It was professionally installed by the dealership's body shop. Reflector delete: look closely--i changed the front reflectors to clear (from the ugly orange) and the rear reflectors to body color--it looks much sleeker. Roof wrap: i had the roof professionally wrapped in black to match the side mirrors, which were replaced with carbon fiber mirrors. Body: the paint on this car is virtually flawless. I hand clay the car yearly, and polish/wax it only with wolfgang synthetic products. I only hand wash it and only dry it by hand with a microfiber towel. My winter car is a ford expedition, so this car has never seen snow or rain since i owned it. I have a custom car cover that fits it like a glove. The cover comes with the car. In the winter she sits on mats (to prevent flat spots) under a cover and on a battery tender. I exercise it mostly to keep the seals from drying out. The result is flawless paint that shines like a diamond. There are no holograms, orange peeling, micro-scratches etc. They are treated with lexol every three months so they look brand new. The back seats have never been sat in. Perfect and all original. I treat the glass (after claying it) with rain-x. And all paperwork and manuals. Well that's all i can think of. I probably forgot something.
